That's it.
The 6th alternative panto is at an end.
This has been by far, the most successful year.
I have had the most fantastic time working with and getting to know my colleagues.
It has been a great learning experience for me as well.
A personal thank you to all involved in "the sleeping Beauty and that little prick"

There you go, what an excellent night of fun and frivolity.

I would just like to say thank you to everyone who voted for me again this year. I really do appreciate your support, you know.

Well done to Miss Jason, The Drag With No Name, Davina Sparkle who were all nominated and well done to Lola Lasagne for taking home the prize.

Well done to all that were nominated and won their own categories.......

Here's to next year

Right that's it.......
Voting is now closed.
Good luck to everyone

The Golden Handbags have been going since 1995, although not held every year until recently, and have raised over £150,000 for good causes, including over £10k for the permanent HIV/aids memorial which is being erected this year.

This year's main beneficiary is The Sussex Beacon.
It is the only residential hospice, left in the UK, for people living with HIV/aids, and is in danger of losing its funding. If this happens, there is a real chance it could close.

The money raised on the night will go a long way to ensure that doesn't happen, and to achieve this, we must get bums on seats, and advertise the show itself.

Tickets are available from Clone Zone and Prowler at £16 each. You are sat at tables of 10, with waiter service and a full bar in the room.
The show has 18 awards voted by readers of GScene and RealBrighton.com plus 2 special awards given by James Ledward from GScene.
On top of that there are performances from Maisie Trollette, Dave Lynn, Drag With No Name, The City Of Brighton Gay mens Chorus, The Brighton & Hove (actually) gay men’s Chorus, Ceri Dupree and The Un Conventionals from X Factor.
